We are a small, close-knit, friendly team and as a proudly independent practice we are here to provide the highest standard of care.

We have taken great care to provide fantastic, custom-built facilities so we can offer excellent standards of care and a wide array of services.

• Consultations

  • We offer 15 minute consultations as standard, or 30 minutes for more complicated cases. You will not be rushed in and out here at Regency Vets, you and your pet’s experience with us is of the upmost importance to us.

  • Our small but experienced team allows us to offer continuity of care, so you are able to see the same vet. We believe in building trust with our clients so you feel comfortable and cared for.

• Vaccinations

  • We offer vaccinations to protect your pets against infectious diseases, we believe prevention is better than cure.

  • We are able to offer antibody titre blood tests for certain vaccinations, if you would be interested in this please discuss it with one of our vets.

• Parasite prevention

  • We are happy to discuss the flea and worming requirements of your pet depending on their lifestyle.

  • Our preventative health care plan offers a discounted way to spread the costs of keeping your pet protected from disease.

• Microchipping

  • Having your pet microchipped is a legal requirement for both dogs and cats, we can check your pet’s microchip or insert one if you have a new pet.

• Surgical procedures

  • Our knowledgeable vets are happy to perform an array of surgical procedures with fantastic, cutting-edge equipment.

• Full in-house laboratory

  • We can run a wide range of blood tests and urine tests here at the practice in less than an hour, so we can get the results back to you the same day.

• Luxury separate wards

  • We want our patients to be relaxed and comfortable during their stay with us, which is why we have designed separate dog and cat wards. They are positioned a distance away from each other, so cats don’t get too stressed by being around dogs.

  • We have also chosen acrylic kennels with glass fronts, which are quiet and cosy to avoid the cold, noisy metal kennels that have been used for so long in practices.

  • We also have isolation facilities for cases with suspected or confirmed infectious disease.

• High quality x-ray and ultrasound machine

  • Our vets are experienced ultrasound scanners, enabling us to offer in-house abdomen and heart scans using our advanced equipment.

  • We have brand new, high-end x-ray equipment allowing us to take high quality x-rays in seconds.

• Dental procedures

  • We have fantastic dental equipment, including dental x-ray, which ensures we can perform dental procedures to the highest standard. It is difficult to always know what is happening beneath the gum of our patients, so dental x-ray allows us to fully assess the tooth health.

• Animal health certificates

  • Our vets are certified to complete export documentation for when you want to travel abroad with your pet for a holiday or are thinking of moving permanently.

• Medication prescriptions

  • We source our medications as cost effectively as we can, so that we can offer medications at the best possible price for you.

  • We are happy to provide written prescriptions if you would prefer to purchase medications online. The length of prescription and number of repeats will vary on a case by case basis.
